attentive service excellent gym nespresso machine

I appreciated the Horizon Club access with service by Norman. He was very attentive. The gym was excellent and well equipped. The Nespresso machine in my room was a great touch.

I did notice some areas with chipped paint and stained walls. Cleanliness standards could improve in certain spots. The game room had a musty odor.

excellent options broad range flavourful food slow check-in busy hotel noisy atmosphere

The breakfast buffet at Tatu had good options. There was a broad range of choices and all food tasted flavourful. The sunset view seemed speechless , one of the best sunsets you can see.

The check-in process felt slow , but the young lady who served us was very helpful indeed. The room was fine and clean. It is a big hotel and is very busy with a lot of guests , so it can be quite noisy.
